Remote-area electrification in Indonesia

This project seeks to map current electrification types and levels in Indonesia, especially in relation to remote areas, as a means of gaining a deeper understanding of district-level government and other stakeholder knowledge, aspirations and issues regarding remote-area electrification. The social impact assessment and identification of acceptance factors associated with remote-area electrification and uptake of renewable technologies will inform energy research planning into the future.
